Lortal: "Ideal holiday home!". We had a wonderful stay at Lortal. It was the fourth or fifth time we have rented houses in that area and this was by far the best. The house itself is magnificent but the location is also perfect - secluded but within easy reach of so many places of interest. We really had a wonderful time and would happily come again.

Petite Lortal: "Relaxing environment" Together with a friend I stayed at le petite l'ortal for a week. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, which was exactly what we were looking for. The home is well equipped, and we can honestly say that Rene and Andre made it feel like a home away from home. They even made sure that we had the right music to listen to, while providing various CD's. We took a dive into the swimming pool various times in the afternoon, which was the cherry on our cake.

Lortal: "Great house on superb location". Lovely and spacious home in quiet area. All you need is available in, including perfect swimming pool. Several outside seatings for all wheather (but the porch is the best!). Kitchen well equipped, beds excellent. Surrounding very well suited for long walks. Highly recommended.

Petite Lortal is an ideal place to stay for a holiday in the Dordogne. The house is extremely well equipped, the bed comfortable and the shower great. There is plenty of space to relax outside in the garden. The countryside is beautiful. Although the location is remote the roads are good and it is very easy to get to all sorts of interesting places. There are so many things to see and do in the area and some lovely walks.

Lortal: "Great house with everything you could want". Great house which stayed nice and cool in the hot weather due to the thick walls - its 250 years old. Rural location which is quiet. Spacious house and large garden with all the equipment you could want inside and outside. There were two coffee machines, decent hi-fi, fans in all bedrooms, even desk with monitor/speakers for laptop. Outside there are seats everywhere you could want. The big veranda is ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The owners have thought of everything.

Petite Lortal is a perfect rural hideaway cottage in the beautiful area of the dordogne, my partner and I had a wonderful week exploring the villages and countryside around this well appointed holiday home. it was equipped with everything we needed and very private, yet our hosts Renee and Andre on hand to give us some great information about the local area and fun nights out. Petite lortal is in the perfect place for sightseeing in the dordogne and we shall rebook for next year .

Lortal: "Fabulous house in a great location". We have just come home from a fabulous 2 weeks at Lortal. The house is really lovely, spacious and has everything you could need. We have 2 daughters aged 7 and 10 and they said it was the best holiday ever!! The pool and garden area is great and there are loads of lovely seating areas for relaxing. We highly recommend the place.

Petite Lortal: "Beyond expectation". We went over with high expectation. The lovely cottage, that has everything one could think of, was lovely and the setting in the landscape was perfect. we were able to make nice walks from 0,5 hour till 3 hours where we felt we had the whole world to ourselves. Andre knows some perfect places to have a great dinner. At the end we could only say that it was beyond expectation!

Lortal: "Great property" that has everything you would want if staying with an extended family. A little bit remote (would have been nice to have been able to walk to a boulangerie) but to be fair this was made clear. If looking for this type of holiday again then I would have no hesitation returning.

Petite Lortal: "Great get away". Me and my partner had a great stay in Petit Lortal. The house has everything for a comfort stay. New kitchen, badroom and great bed. The owners are very helpful to make sure you have everything you need. There is al lot to do in the local area but you need a car. We did a lot of sightseeing and golf. You can enjoy a very nice lunch in every restaurant in the local area for a good price.
